My name is Sarah Settanni, and I am an educator and minimalist on a mission to help people live their best lives with less. I believe in living abundantly, which to me, means choosing joy, practicing gratitude, and challenging myself to have a positive impact on as many people as possible. I love traveling to new places, cooking up delicious plant-based recipes, spending quality time with my husband, family, and friends, designing new curriculum or workbooks, taking pictures, making videos, and watching movies!
The thing I love most about minimalism is how it connects to everything, whether that is curating a space you love or prioritizing what is most important to you. Minimalism is about shopping less and spending better, living more sustainably, and cutting out the noise to amplify your truth. Minimalism affects our physical belongings, our mindset and beliefs, our relationships, our finances, our carbon footprint, the way we spend time, the food we eat, the way we travel, how we communicate, and so much more. If you haven’t yet looked into embarking on a minimalist journey of your own, I hope you’ll give it a try!
