It is a mindset shift to be more grateful every day and to celebrate the relationships and simple pleasures in your life. It is about becoming self-aware and reflecting upon your life’s purpose, and aligning your daily actions to achieve it.
Living intentionally does not have to take more time or energy. Rather, it is about making the most of the time and energy that you do have. For this course, I have put together videos that are designed to relax and inspire you, and the questions and action steps will help you reflect and make changes in your life.

The videos are 1-2 minutes long, with a written transcript and an audio only version you can download if you’d like. The reflection sheets have several questions, an affirmation, and several action steps. There is a printable version and a version you can complete digitally using Adobe Reader (free program).
